Terms of service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
This website is operated under the Pettels brand by Fadersoon LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Throughout these Terms of Service, “Pettels,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Fadersoon LLC doing business as Pettels.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of pettels.co, including its content, products, checkout, communications, and related services.
By visiting the website, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or place an order.
1. Eligibility and Authority
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in your place of residence to place an order.
If you use the website on behalf of a company, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party to these Terms of Service.
This website is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Children under 13 must not provide personal information through the website.
2. Shopify Platform
Our store is hosted through Shopify. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform, storefront, checkout, security, and related commerce services that enable Pettels to display and sell products.
Your use of certain Shopify-provided features may also be subject to Shopify's applicable terms and privacy notices.
3. Products and Product Information
Pettels sells physical products for home comfort, bathroom routines, relaxation, and everyday use. The current catalogue may include:
- Heated neck, shoulder, foot, and ankle products;
- Massage and acupressure products;
- Bath mats and bathroom rugs;
- Suction-mounted bathroom balance handles;
- Reacher and pickup tools;
- Bags and carrying products; and
- Related physical products.
We aim to display accurate product titles, descriptions, photographs, dimensions, materials, specifications, prices, included components, available variants, care information, installation conditions, and use guidance.
However:
- Colours may appear differently depending on the customer's screen, device, and lighting;
- Measurements may include reasonable manufacturing tolerances;
- Product packaging may change without materially changing the product;
- Images may include props or contextual items that are not included; and
- Minor design or appearance variations may occur because of manufacturing or supplier updates.
Unless the product page expressly states otherwise, only the selected product and variant identified in the order are included.
We may correct inaccurate product information, typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or omissions when identified.
4. Product Selection and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for reviewing the complete product page before ordering, including:
- Dimensions and available options;
- Materials and included components;
- Power, voltage, charging, or adapter requirements;
- Installation and surface requirements;
- Intended use and product limitations;
- Compatibility information;
- Warnings and contraindications; and
- Cleaning, care, and storage guidance.
Selecting an incorrect size, colour, model, surface option, configuration, or product for the intended environment is normally treated as a customer-responsibility return under our Return and Refund Policy, unless the product information supplied by Pettels was materially inaccurate.
5. General Product Safety
Customers are responsible for installing, operating, inspecting, cleaning, storing, and supervising products in accordance with the product page, label, packaging, supplied instructions, and our Product Safety & Use Guide.
Before use:
- Confirm that the product and selected variant are appropriate for the intended use;
- Read all supplied instructions and warnings;
- Inspect the product for damage, missing components, loose parts, exposed wiring, worn material, or another condition that could affect use; and
- Stop using a product that appears damaged, incomplete, incorrectly assembled, or unsuitable.
No product can eliminate every risk of injury, slipping, falling, burns, discomfort, equipment failure, or misuse.
6. Heated and Electrical Products
Heated and electrical products must be used only with the supplied or specified power source, controller, cable, adapter, voltage, and operating conditions.
Unless the product instructions expressly state otherwise:
- Keep the product, controls, cables, and electrical connections dry;
- Do not sleep while using the product;
- Do not leave it operating unattended;
- Do not fold, bunch, cover, crush, puncture, or modify it during operation;
- Do not use it on broken or irritated skin or an area with reduced sensation; and
- Stop using it immediately if it causes burning, pain, numbness, dizziness, unusual discomfort, or skin irritation.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before using heat or vibration when you are pregnant, have a circulatory or neurological condition, use an implanted medical device, have a recent injury or surgery, or are unsure whether the product is appropriate.
7. Massage and Acupressure Products
Massage and acupressure products are offered for general relaxation and comfort. They are not represented as medical devices or as diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing pain, sciatica, circulation problems, sleep problems, or another health condition.
Begin with a short session and stop immediately if you experience sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, bleeding, prolonged redness, unusual discomfort, or another adverse reaction.
Do not use an acupressure product on broken, irritated, infected, or recently treated skin. Seek qualified medical advice before use when a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, recent procedure, reduced sensation, or other circumstance could affect suitability.
8. Suction-Mounted Balance Handles
A suction-mounted bathroom or shower handle is a temporary balance aid for compatible, clean, smooth, non-porous surfaces where every suction point can make full contact.
Unless expressly supported by verified product documentation, a suction-mounted handle is not:
- A permanently installed or structurally anchored grab bar;
- Designed to support full body weight;
- Designed to lift or transfer a person;
- A guarantee against falling; or
- A substitute for professionally selected and installed structural support.
Do not install a suction product on textured, porous, uneven, cracked, loose, damaged, curved, small, or grout-interrupted surfaces. Clean the surface, install the product according to its instructions, and test it with light hand pressure before every use.
Suction strength can change because of moisture, residue, temperature, surface condition, installation, and normal wear. Remove and reinstall the product if it moves or loosens.
9. Bath Mats and Bathroom Rugs
Follow the product-specific placement instructions.
A suction-cup bath or shower mat must be installed on a compatible smooth, non-porous surface where the suction cups can make full contact. A memory foam bathroom rug intended for use outside the bath or shower must be placed on a clean, dry floor and kept out of standing water.
Check that the product lies flat and remains appropriately positioned before use. Stop using it if it is torn, curled, damaged, or no longer remains secure.
No mat or rug can eliminate the risk of slipping or falling.
10. Reacher and Pickup Tools
Use a reacher tool only for lightweight objects within the product's instructions.
Do not use a reacher to support body weight, lift or move a person, handle hot or sharp objects, pick up hazardous materials, or retrieve fragile items where dropping could cause injury or damage.
Inspect the trigger, hinge, shaft, and gripping jaws before use and stop using the tool if any part is bent, loose, damaged, or unreliable.
11. Bags and Carrying Products
Do not overload a bag beyond its construction or supplied carrying guidance.
Inspect straps, stitching, closures, handles, and attachment points regularly. Stop using a bag if a load-bearing component becomes loose, torn, cracked, or otherwise damaged.
12. Availability
Product availability may change without notice. Placing an item in a cart does not reserve it.
We may limit quantities, discontinue products, restrict sales, or cancel an order when:
- A product or selected variant is unavailable;
- Supplier information changes;
- A listing or pricing error occurred;
- The delivery address cannot be serviced;
- The order quantity is unreasonable or indicates unauthorized resale; or
- The transaction presents a reasonable fraud, payment, or security concern.
13. Orders and Contract Formation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the selected products under these Terms of Service.
An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted.
We may review payment authorization, inventory, supplier availability, shipping eligibility, order quantity, and customer information before accepting or fulfilling an order.
If an order is cancelled after payment has been authorized or captured, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
14. Customer Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, contact, and shipping information.
You are responsible for errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information, including an incorrect delivery address, missing unit number, incorrect email address, or incorrect telephone number.
Contact Pettels promptly when information needs to be corrected. Changes cannot be guaranteed after supplier processing or shipment begins.
15. Prices, Currency, and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise.
Pettels offers free standard shipping on eligible United States orders. Product prices do not include optional paid delivery services or applicable sales taxes unless expressly stated.
The final product price, free standard-shipping selection, any optional paid delivery charge, discounts, taxes, and order total are displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
We may change product prices at any time. A later price change does not normally affect an order that has already been accepted.
16. Pricing and Listing Errors
Typographical, technical, supplier, currency, or listing errors may occasionally occur.
When an obvious error affects an order, Pettels may contact the customer before fulfilment and offer the option to:
- Confirm the order at the corrected price or with the corrected information; or
- Cancel the affected item or order for a refund.
Pettels will not charge a corrected higher amount without the customer's authorization.
17. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may change over time.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
- The payment and billing information is accurate;
- You authorize the displayed order total; and
- You authorize reasonable fraud-prevention and payment-verification checks.
Payments may be processed by Shopify and independent payment providers. Pettels does not normally receive or store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.
An order may be delayed or cancelled when payment is declined, reversed, disputed, flagged for review, or not successfully authorized.
18. Promotions and Discount Codes
Promotional offers and discount codes are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration dates, product restrictions, and usage limits.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash;
- Discounts cannot be applied after an order is submitted;
- Only one discount code may be applied per order; and
- Discounts do not reduce optional paid delivery charges or taxes unless the promotion expressly states otherwise.
We may reject or cancel a promotion affected by error, unauthorized distribution, abuse, or fraud, subject to applicable law.
19. Shipping and Fulfilment
Pettels offers free standard shipping on eligible orders delivered within the United States.
Orders are normally handled within 2–4 business days. After dispatch, estimated standard transit time is 1–2 business days, for a total estimated delivery timeframe of 3–6 business days.
Products may be fulfilled by independent suppliers and fulfilment partners. An order may be divided into separate shipments and packages may arrive on different dates without an additional standard shipping charge.
Handling periods, transit estimates, address requirements, tracking information, separate-package procedures, delays, and optional delivery services are explained in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless Pettels expressly states otherwise.
20. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Return eligibility, return authorization, customer-responsibility returns, damaged-product claims, return shipping, non-returnable products, inspections, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
Do not send a product to the Pettels legal business address unless Pettels specifically confirms that address as the authorized return destination.
21. Fraud Prevention and Order Verification
We may use automated and manual measures to identify suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, account misuse, or other security risks.
We may request reasonable information to verify an order, payment method, billing address, shipping address, or customer identity. An order may be cancelled when verification cannot be completed or when the transaction presents a reasonable fraud or security concern.
22. Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or its content to:
- Violate applicable law or regulation;
- Commit fraud or submit false information;
- Interfere with the website, checkout, servers, or security systems;
- Introduce malware, malicious code, or harmful technologies;
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or customer data;
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent an affiliation;
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or other legal rights;
- Use the website to distribute unlawful or harmful content; or
- Scrape, copy, crawl, or extract content through unauthorized automated means.
Pettels may restrict access or cancel transactions associated with prohibited conduct.
23. Intellectual Property
The website and its original branding, logo, design, text, graphics, photographs, and code are owned by or licensed to Pettels and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit protected content without prior written permission from the applicable owner.
Third-party product names, trademarks, photographs, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
24. Feedback and Customer Content
When you voluntarily provide feedback, suggestions, photographs, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate another person's rights.
Pettels will not publish a customer's identifiable name, image, or review for advertising without the permission required by applicable law.
25. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment processors, suppliers, fulfilment platforms, shipping carriers, analytics providers, customer-service providers, and other technology providers.
Independent third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Pettels is not responsible for an independent website or service that it does not control, except to the extent required by law.
26. Privacy
Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
27. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.
Pettels does not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or free from technical defects.
Product warranties, if any, are limited to warranties expressly stated on the product page or provided by the applicable manufacturer or supplier.
General wellness, comfort, massage, acupressure, or heated products are not represented as medical treatment or as guaranteeing a particular health, comfort, or performance result.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
28. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pettels, Fadersoon LLC, and their owners, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the website, an order, or a product.
Where permitted by law, total liability arising from a specific product or order will not exceed the amount paid to Pettels for the product or order giving rise to the claim.
These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or another non-waivable legal right.
29. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another party's rights, or intentional misuse or unauthorized modification of a product.
30. Electronic Communications
By placing an order or contacting Pettels electronically, you consent to receive order-related and service-related communications electronically.
Transactional communications may include order confirmations, payment notices, shipping updates, return information, product notices, and customer-support responses.
Transactional communications are separate from optional marketing communications.
31. Termination
Pettels may suspend or terminate access to the website when a user materially violates these Terms, threatens website security, engages in fraud, or uses the website unlawfully.
Provisions that logically continue after termination—including payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute terms—remain effective.
32. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and, to the extent permitted, the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory protections available under the laws of the consumer's state of residence.
A legal proceeding may be brought before a court of competent jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer-protection and jurisdictional requirements.
33. Severability
If a provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
34. No Waiver
A failure to enforce a provision does not waive Pettels' right to enforce that provision or another provision later.
35. Assignment
You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without prior written consent.
Pettels may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, financing, or another lawful business transaction.
36. Entire Agreement
These Terms and the policies incorporated by reference form the agreement between you and Pettels concerning use of the website and purchases through the store.
37. Changes to These Terms
Pettels may revise these Terms to reflect changes in products, business practices, technology, services, or legal obligations.
The revised version becomes effective when posted with an updated “Last updated” date unless another effective date is stated.
